Stunning blocks of hard maple with both heartwood and some curly grain, showing up as stripes and eye-catching shimmer on different parts of the boards. Mabye worth saving for serving food to guests rather than to chop on.
Note: This is a similar product to our regular large maple cutting board (they all measure about 23 inches by about 12 inches by 1¾ inches thick), only these have moderate curly grain plus a stunning strip of heartwood. Please email if you have questions or would like more photos. This boards have silicone rubber feet. All these boards are very similar and no doubt came from the same log.
In the photo with the holly, the curly-heartwood board is the large one.
